Mauve RFQ Maker Documentation

We’ve designed Mauve RFQ to be as simple as possible to integrate for our first 5 Market Makers.

It requires no development resources and can fit in to any settlement process.

1. Create Maker Account

Market Makers will need to Sign up as a Maker and go through our KYB process. Please reach out to us when you’re ready to get started on this and we’ll help you through the process.

We’ll also need to create some basic configurations for you (e.g. the blockchain addresses to settle to).

1. API Integration

Mauve RFQ has a plugin system that allows us to integrate Makers with the Mauve RFQ system. For our first Market Makers, we are offering to create and maintain these plugins ourselves. All we need is an API to integrate with.

Ideally, this will be a FIX API (commonly used in Financial Applications). However, we’re happy to integrate with any custom API that gives us RFQ and order execution capabilities.

1. Settlement

Finally, we need to agree the best method for settling trades. We have a number of options that should suit most workflows.

We can accommodate integrations with Fireblocks (or other similar custodians) and can work with most settlement preferences.
